Our story is a truly unique one. It all started with garlic fries...Ishmael and I met at the Newport Beach Jazz Festival.A friend told me to try the garlic fries and as we stood in line to order food I noticed he had some. I tapped him on the shoulder and asked " Are the garlic fries good?" He responded " Try one... really, try one!" So I did...As the night progressed, my girlfriend said "That fry guy has walked by three times looking at you and here he comes again!"Caught off guard I looked up and our eyes met. It felt like time stood still. Producing an unexplainable feeling and chemistry I had never experienced before! He quickly asked me to dance and afterward while conversation ensued he asked someone to take a picture of us.It looks and felt like we had known each other our whole lives!
I married my bestfriend and confidant on July 5, 2014 at the Hyatt French Quarter in New Orleans.I have never experienced something so grand yet simple. My family and friends supported Ishmael as he planned and pulled off my surprise wedding! From the violinist playing "All of Me" by John Legend, to the beautiful bouquet filled with orchids and calla lillies. I could not of asked for more. Our wedding day was filled with elegance, emotion, and most of all love! Thank you sweetheart!
Ishmael and I would like to thank all of our family and friends for simply being here for us. You all have made such a remarkably positive difference in our lives. We cherish the friendship and love you gave us, and continue to give us. Thank you for visiting our wedding website and honeymoon registry. You all have blessed our lives and we can't wait to share many more memories with you!
